These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the public QuoteVolution website at www.quotevolution.com (the "Site"). They do not govern use of the QuoteVolution platform, which is governed separately by the End User License Agreement. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

The Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Content on the Site does not constitute professional, insurance, legal, or financial advice, and may be changed at any time without notice.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by QuoteVolution or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own informational use but may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit Site content without prior written permission.
3. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest data by automated means without consent; or interfere with the Site's operation or security.

The Site may link to third-party websites. QuoteVolution does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or practices, and links are not endorsements.

6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, conducted in English, on an individual basis. Each party waives any right to participate in a class or representative proceeding. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court to protect intellectual property.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
